Using Club Issues
By using Club Issues, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Educational information only
Club Issues provides general educational information about golf clubs, fitting concepts, launch monitor data, and equipment testing. It is not a replacement for an in-person fitting, coaching session, medical evaluation, or professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
Your decisions
You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from the site, including purchases, equipment changes, club adjustments, and testing. Results vary by golfer, equipment, environment, and measurement quality.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated methods that place unreasonable demand on the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of information and images you submit. You give Club Issues permission to process that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Intellectual property
The Club Issues name, site design, articles, fitting logic, original text, and other site materials are owned by Club Issues or used with permission. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create a competing product from protected site materials without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services. Club Issues is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Club Issues does not guarantee that answers will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for every golfer or situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Issues will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from purchases, equipment changes, performance expectations, data loss, or reliance on information provided through the site.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
